I need to gather some insights from consumers. The objective is to get some feedback about what to put on my web site content-wise, internet search patterns, what topics they wish to be coached on, what would make them seek a coach, where would they look. The interviewees need to be qualified to ensure that they understand what coaching is - it's not counselling nor consultancy nor mentoring. I can offer a charity donation as part of a competition if this will help to get responses. Please advise?
Group is amongst 10 - 20 people aged 30 - 50, educated, professional (mainly business professionals), well read, on social media, based in developed markets such as US, Australasia, UK. This is for personal coaching so I will coach the individual on individual topics, or they could be a professional in an organisation. So quite a broad group. This is not about phoning corporates or companies but consumers please. I have some question ideas but would like help in shaping the questionnaire, it's format.
Any previous examples and insights you can give as an MR expert would be appreciated, and the angles I need to consider to ensure that I pitch my new web site and launch materials that resonate. I can provide additional information on customer type and experience.
