I am looking for a VA to run batches of a very straight forward workflow. A batch basically consists of the following: - Running the search for the keyword & local market (2 mins) - Note, I will provide your access to this software tool - Letting the tool run (takes about an hour) - Downloading the CSV file search results (1 min) - Filtering out the results which have no email addresses (4 min) - Running an Excel Macro I already have written and use (1 min) - Uploading the scrubbed results to a Google Sheet (1 min) - Mark that City / Niche Search as Completed in a Google Sheet (1 min) Each batch therefore requires about 10 minutes of actual work (I'm not going to pay you for the idle time while the tool itself runs). I am hoping you can complete at least 5 batches a day for roughly an hour of actual work time but I will accept up to 10 batches per day (for up to two hours paid per day). I will provide you the cities and niches to search. Your constraint will just be the length of time the tool has to run to get your results.
