REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WANTED Real Estate Company needs someone to work virtually 10 to 15 hours a week generating lead flow, desk top appraisal, taking incoming phone calls from buyers and sellers (Minimal). We are looking for someone reliable who has some flexibility in their schedule as these calls can come in at all times during the day. Customer service or sales experience is preferred. You must feel comfortable on the phone talking with people. Job Description: - Take 3 to 10 incoming calls a day from both buyers, sellers, and tenants and setting appointments. - You will be filling out scripts and entering leads into a database. - You will have to then run CMA’s – Competitive Market Analysis on the property to enter into the database as well. - You will also be doing online marketing to generate additional real estate leads from posting ads on craigslist, to searching the MLS, to more advanced online lead generation efforts. - Other marketing projects may be given to you as well. - Hours may increase depending on skills and computer skills. - Online marketing experience a definite plus. Bonus (Pay Option) -For every property you bring in that turns into a profitable job you will be rewarded an extra $250 USD -For every 5 properties you bring in that turns in to profitable jobs you will be rewarded an additional $1,000 USD bonus.
