I am looking for an experienced marketer that will be my outsourced marketing manager. The ideal candidate might be a brand manager or marketing manager that understands product definition, product differentiation, branding, lead generation, customer lifecycle, etc.
The role is both strategic (mapping out the client lifecycle, touch points, value proposition, product differentiation, brand promise, etc.) as well as tactical (creating or managing creation of marketing content such as collateral, website content, social media, public relations, Adwords, Google Analytics, sales materials, CRM tracking, key performance metrics, etc.). It promises to be a very fun and fulfilling role for a fast growing company. The primary goals are as follows
Service Definition - From prospect initial contact, sales closure, service lifecyle through end of service)
Lead generation (direct to consumer) - increase lead volume
Lead generation (referral marketing) - increase lead volume
Lead closure (differentiation programs) -
Client Retention/Service Delivery
Not sure how many hours to start out but i would think 10ish hours per week on an ongoing basis - steady income for a freelancer.
