If you have memberships with Lead411 or SalesGenie, you may apply, but please state upfront which subscriptions you have. If you don't have subscriptions, then you will waste your time and my money. I have found that people who just randomly search the web provide information that is not very accurate (e.g., old emails, non-direct telephone numbers, etc.) WHO: Sales managers, sales directors, vice presidents of sales, vice presidents of revenue, vice presidents of marketing, directors of marketing, and marketing managers. You will be our small firm's initial incoming and outgoing communication with people who may be looking to sell their home. Must be able to build rapport with prospective home sellers, and help them understand our value proposition in buying their home for cash.
