Do you have a knack for Recruiting? If so, this role may be for you. We are a rapidly growing new startup in the home service space looking for a Recruiter. This position will be responsible for recruiting and orienting all staff in the Houston, Austin, and San Antonio markets in the United States. This position will critical in helping our startup continue to rapidly grow.
Capacity – recruit and hire staff in the proper zone to ensure staffing goals are met. Bringing in 50-150 candidates a week
Ideal Candidate Has:
2-3 years of Recruiting experience preferred
CRM experience - Zoho (specifically)
Internet connection able to support phone connection (VOIP)
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with Google Docs
Customer service oriented & attentive to detail
Spanish speaker a plus
Compensation / Benefits:
Compensation – Base salary + bonus structure.
