We are seeking an experienced Adobe Captivate Specialist to update and enhance our bilingual child care training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eLearning development using Adobe Captivate, including integrating quizzes and video content into training modules. Key Responsibilities: - Update and enhance existing child care training modules in both English and Spanish. Translation text will be provided; fluency in Spanish is not required. - Design and develop interactive elements such as quizzes and assessments within Adobe Captivate. - Troubleshoot and debug issues related to quizzes, scoring systems, and overall functionality of the training modules. - Collaborate with child care domain experts to incorporate new content and functionalities, ensuring all training materials meet educational standards and are delivered on schedule. - Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team, including regular updates on project progress and challenges. Requirements: - Proven experience in developing eLearning courses using Adobe Captivate. - Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging within Adobe Captivate environments. - Ability to work effectively with domain experts to understand and implement content requirements. - Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time. - Experience with multimedia and interactive content creation, particularly video and quiz integration. - Proficiency in using Saba Cloud for hosting and managing LMS content created by Adobe Captivate. - Knowledge of child care services or willingness to learn the specifics of the industry preferred. - Candidate must reside in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. - Experience in creating bilingual training materials. - Technical proficiency with additional eLearning tools and platforms.
