We are looking for qualified 3d artists to create models and textures of realistic humans for real-time on PC (not mobile) Experience with 3ds MAX, UV layout, some basic understanding of rigging, biped and zbrush is a plus.
The first model will be an 11 yr old, we'll provide photos from all angles. Just the head needs to be modeled with texture, normal and roughness maps for use in Unity 3d.
We use Substance painter and Photoshop.

We will provide videos of our workflow to help make sure the characters fit into our pipeline. We do medical training for web and VR. Our final models run about 20,000 polys.
