We are looking for an experienced CG animator to produce fly-though animations of office interior scenes. As an example of what is required, please download and review the 5 second animation from: http://motionoffice.com/motionoffice-flythrough-demo.zip This demo animation was produced inhouse using the Sketchup/Vray file in the folder, and then imported to Keyshot for rendering. While the demo shows the required render quality, we also require that the CG characters are actually moving and interacting with the furniture. The characters used for this demo do NOT have rigging, so you would probably need to source/create/rig similar characters. In this demo, for example, the two women should be walking, and the man in the booth should be moving as though he were interacting with someone across from him. In other scenes, some workers will need to be using their laptops. We can supply the scenes that have been created in Sketchup, including any textures used (see example). Depending on what software you use for the fly-throughs, there will undoubtedly be some issues with each scene that need to be adapted/fixed. As previously mentioned, the quality of the fly-throughs MUST match or exceed the demo. This will require the skills of an animator with previous experience producing this type of material, and a meticulous eye for detail. Our client is very budget-conscious, and requires a breakdown of costs for this project. Therefore, as well as quoting your hourly rate, please ENSURE that you also quote for EACH fly-though, based on the 5 second demo with moving characters.
