Good Morning, gobo is a small start up with national ambition. We are helping theatre makers find venues for themselves without having to use expensive middle men or networking. We're a tourbooking tool. I require two motivated people to work remotely for 10 hours a month for at least 3 months at £10 per hour. You can choose your own hours but they must be between Tuesday and Friday 10am - 4pm. You will have previous experience in a telephone-based role and easily be able to build a rapport, communicate clearly, and work efficiently to help the business grow. You will be checking information that we currently have on theatre venues and updating records with new information. As this is a very new service you will be introducing the business to theatre makers so candidates with a strong background in branding, marketing or promotions will be favoured. I will provide a script for reference, however, a more personalized off-script approach is ideal. I will be available in the evenings for help and support, however, this is a remote-working role where there is a high level of trust and personal initiative required. A high level of English speaking, listening and writing is essential, as well as accurate data entry skills. This has the potential to be an on-going role and will be reviewed after 3 months. What I need, Main tasks at the moment will be assisting with business/funding proposal's. Proof reading, formatting ect. I want to be able to brain dump all the infomation for a funding request / buinsess proposal into a word document. Send it to my VA. My VA format it proof read it. Add research to it and present to me on deadline sometimes the following business day. Will also work on preparing portfolio's, creating travel budgets, preparing for travel, calendar administration ect. Also basic accounting recording expenses and income on a excel spreadsheet. Also assisting with contacting current customers and prospective customers to set meetings and discuss new work. Uploading podcast and some social media management. As for hours Week 1 (Training week) 4 hours spent getting up to speed with requirements given access ect Week 2 4 hours Week 3 6 hours Week 4 8 hours Week 5 10 hours After this point we will continue at 10 hours per week so long as I am happy with performance. Work will be on going and increasing. I am willing to pay $10 an hour initially higher rates maybe available after first 5 weeks. Now I have purposefully wrote this description a little way ward as I need someone with strong enough english skill's to be able to work with this information and come up with a solid proposal.
