We have a fully functioning CRM, ticket system, online chat, and SEO team to market the products. We also have a technical team who deploys, troubleshoots and supports the software.
We need a team (not individual) who will monitor the online chats, sales tickets/emails, and other possible avenues to pre-sell, give demo, sell, ensure the tech team is given the deployment job, ensure the software is deployed according to customer satisfaction, give client after sales follow up, and regular follow up and maintenance to ensure client is happy and continue to use the software. In other words A-Z in account management. Clients are regular, not once off and need regular updates and long term management.
