This is only for long term thinkers with large goals. Please make sure that you understand completely what I need before asking me to hire you and hire you at a higher rate as this is not for just anyone. That being said, I'm looking for someone that is not in desperate need of money right away. Someone that is willing to sacrifice initially to get the rewards in the not so distant future. Right now, I have too many business opportunities and also ideas. What I'm lacking and being brutally honest, are: *Organization. I need to be better organized and keep up with important contacts. *Time Management. It always seems like there is not enough time to finish projects. *An Experienced Manager. Someone who can get the show(s) off the ground. *Funds. Close to $100,000. spent in the past few years in education, business ideas and workers. If you can get past that last sentence, then there's a chance you're who I'm looking for. If you're a person that possibly has had similar experiences in business also, then perhaps we should talk. I'm going to list here some of my businesses and websites that perhaps I've 'bitten off more than I can chew' so to speak * It was my main business but it had drained me in the amount of effort I put in. I was always looking for the million dollar paydays so I passed up the smaller deals, which I see now as a mistake. At this time, I have 3 people on a team that will be focusing on NY and Florida deals but also can do nationwide Off-Market and Loans. I have a very large real estate network. * The chef is my cousin who ran a restaurant for us but we lost our lease. Now he's working on catering events. * which was an idea of mine to help people but also a way to create affiliate offers and get paid to do so. I have someone that is working on this right now as he is learning how to create squeeze pages/landing pages. I'm going to need email campaigns also in order to market via email. * and this one which is the re-design: www. The second one is going to be the main one that I market and also do have someone that owns a similar company offering any help that I might need. * I have partnered with a developer that is willing to pay me fees to locate large commercial property owners that are holding properties that they can't finish. The deal structuring is up to me so it has to be done prior to making the introduction between the owner and the developer regarding fees, that is. *I have 3 people that are willing to create YouTube accounts to become popular in their chosen fields in order to get followers. Once the followers is marketing to them. You can also get paid just by promoting ads on your accounts. They are all people person personalities and love to express themselves. I'm very creative and will be helping them. *Right now, I have an inventor that is located in India who has many ideas and a small team that has chosen me to be his exclusive agent. What he needs is money for a start up company. I have a business plan that was worked on but needs some additions before I can present it to 'Angel Investors' for funding. Their is so much potential there as he already has proven to be an incredibly brilliant person with some of his projects. There are other accounts that some of my former workers own, that I can utilize and have them help with also if needed. This is a great asset for marketing, especially in the 'Groups'. Well, I think I have written enough here already to let you know that I am swamped with businesses and business ideas but I'm in need of the other parts of successful businesses. Dedicated Managers. This definitely isn't for everyone, and I won't just accept anyone. If you have the desire for a bright future that has unlimited potential, then this might be your chance. Honesty, Integrity and a pleasing personality are musts, aside from the other criteria. You absolutely MUST convince me as to why I should consider you as a serious candidate for this or actually these positions. After reviewing my businesses and ideas, tell me which ones interest you and why they interest you. Then explain to me what is your exact plan to get that particular business going and profitable with the limited funding that I spoke of. This is a "Lead Generation" role (Identify, Vet, Setup and Manage) that could fall under many different skill-sets such as; Lead Gen, Business Development or Biz Dev, Account Management, Affiliate Marketing Manager or administrative.
