Hello! I am a full time attorney in California, USA and a part time real estate investor. I need someone to set up spreadsheets for several properties for the purpose of bookkeeping. One property is currently rented and I will be rehabbing 2 or three throughout the year. I need someone to not only set up the spread sheet but input information throughout this year. These properties are located in the state of Texas. The immediate part of this job should take 2-3 hours maximum. Probably 2 additional hours per month. Secondly, I am beginning an ad campaign. I need to 1. determine whether postcards or letters are more effective as mailers. 2. create the mailer. 3. Find properties efficiently. I am focusing on the Southern California area. This will be an ongoing project.
