Hey Guys Several people were helping us over the period of last few months, with servers domains, transfers etc. What we have right now it is a mess. Not a big mess. But still a mess. We had simple servers on Bluehost Then we won competition and we received IBM for an year. And now either is not working. We need someone who can help us on the small budget. Take care of that - move what shall be moved and delete what shall be deleted and explain us - what is really going on there. Thank you!

We are looking for an Advertising Trafficker Associate. The right individual will be a key contributor in the Advertising Operations team, setting up and managing online ad campaigns, working internally with the Ad Operations team and reporting directly to the Director of Ad Operations. The Junior Trafficker will be expected to manage most advertising campaigns by working closely with the Ad Operations teams, making sure that campaigns perform well, and deliver in full. Principal Duties: Independently traffic, test, and maintain advertising campaigns using multiple ad servers (display, mobile and video) including Google DFP. Troubleshoot ad creative issues that affect trafficking, implementation, or reporting of a campaign. Testing, scheduling and trafficking online ad creative (including rich media). Provide reports to internal teams and clients, using internal and third party sources as needed. Provide ad-related technical support to internal customers Ensure campaigns deliver on pace and in full. Work collaboratively with the Ad Operations Team to recommend campaign modifications, leveraging understanding of advertisers and product performance. Knowledge and Experience: 0-1 years experience with campaign trafficking - rich media, custom ads, standard display. Strong quantitative and analytical abilities Strong Attention to detail and organized Understanding of inventory management principles General knowledge of third party ad serving solutions (Double Click, Appnexus, Atlas, Open Ads, Mediaplex, etc.) as well as rich media technologies (MediaMind, Pointroll, EyeWonder, etc.) ideally. Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide creative solutions. Ability and drive to work independently and in a team environment. Flexibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly. Negotiation skills. Solid oral and written communication skills.
