We have a PDF resource that we need edited. We are looking for someone that can: 1. Keep the PDF resource in the same structure/formatting as it currently is. 2. Edit the resource to include more / new information. We would need to be able to provide instruction about new words/images/tables etc that are needed. I was thinking this could be done through the use of sticky notes on the PDF. We have found when PDFs are broken so they can convert to Word, we lose a lot of the formatting and so much time is spent trying to reformat. I was wondering if you have someone who uses InDesign that would be able to make the changes necessary OR if it will just be faster to break the PDF into an editable format
