I will create a single, very-high resolution, gigapixel, panoramic image of an ancient petroglyph panel, shot in shaded daylight, provided this animation effect appears feasible. The rock in which the glyphs are pecked is sandstone. The drawings of humans, wildlife and designs were made by pecking through a dark, surface patina that reveals the underlying, sandy-colored rock--contrast is high. I need video of various HD pans across this single image, as though the petroglyph panel were illuminated by warm, flickering fire-light, at night. Shooting actual, up-close video of the panel or exposing these archaeological resources to fire/soot is not possible. I'm hoping for a video effect that is applied to the image, so that I can then selectively edit any number of video-like zooms and pans across the resulting "fire-lit" image, as it flickers.
