We're SEEKING a female and male US English narrator to help us narrate SEVERAL online instructions and web projects this project is for an online project for a web learning software . I've spent the last 3 years building up a successful Health & Wellness Brand and I'm not starting to focus on building a team of people and the first person I'm looking to hire is a VA. I'm thinking the position will start part time and depending on how it goes, move into a more full time position within the next 6 months. We run health retreats on the Big Island of Hawaii and I now spend so much of my time dealing with email inquiries about both private and group retreats. I receive so many emails around interviews for various summits, people who want me to try products and also for our catering business. I'm ready to let go of dealing with emails! When we get people signed up for group retreats, there's several steps of logistics that need to be taken care of. I would ideally like to find someone who's willing to grow with the company, and I'm also about launch a new brand, so I'm looking for my "right hand woman" or man, if that's the case. I'm launching a podcast and will need assistance with scheduling interviews and transcribing, as well as editing the audio files (if you don't have these skills don't worry! I can always hired someone who specializes in this!) and would love to have some support with scheduling social media posts, taking over the weekly email campaigns, responding to customer support emails when they don't receive the digital files they've purchased, etc. There's also a potential that if I find the right person, to come out and stay at the retreat center with us on the Big Island of Hawaii. I'm also willing to allocate a couple weeks of vacation rental time as a bonus to the person who becomes my personal assistant and who's a great fit for the job. ​ The primary thing I absolutely need to take off my plate is dealing with emails. I also need help with scheduling retreats, catering gigs, and other events. If I can work with someone who also has great writing skills and a passion for health and wellness, then blog post writing would also be a great support as well as email campaign management. I'm in the process of launching a podcast so transcribing skills would be great, but if you're a great fit in a lot of other ways, but don't have a couple of the skills like transcribing, then don't worry, still apply for the position and I can always find someone who specializes in one particular area to simply fulfill that specific need. I also do all my own graphics, but if you have great graphic skills I could also pass on some of that work as well including ebook layout, etc. I already have a strong brand look and feel, so it would more be about working with a cohesive design that represents the brand. ​ PA/VA experience, knowledge of how to implement systems and make processes more efficient, a passion for health and wellness, customer service skills, strong desire to learn about branding/business/online marketing, MAC user preferred, adobe audition skills would be great but not 100% necessary, same goes for Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and ibooks authors (which is how I create most of my ebook products.)
