We are an internet marketing consulting firm and as a part of our services, we provide website (re)design. We design websites that are both aesthetically pleasing, conforming to the best practices in today's day and age, but also websites that function from a marketing perspective.
The ultimate challenge is striking that perfect balance between a gorgeous looking website that suits the identity of the client while ensuring it is fully functional and designed to convert visitors into prospects and buyers.
We work with cutting edge startups who are looking for the best of the best in website design and we need to (over) deliver. You will play a pivotal role in helping bring this to life.
About the Project:
We need someone creative and artistic to mockup a website that appeals to a 40-65 year old demographic w/ retro/vintage elements. The goal of the redesign is to turn the website into an experience — as if you were shopping your local small town main street.
Visitors will be able to scroll through towns and shops as if they are window shopping. What will set someone apart is their understanding around how to design something that has a "mid-century" color scheme with "turn-of-the-century" small town quaintness.
The mockups will then be used by our coder to bring the website to life.
*** Your responsibility is strictly doing the mockups (NOT the coding). ***
Each mockup - homepage, town page, store page, content page - will be broken into separate projects/milestones.
