Hello book print formatting professionals, I need a .doc manuscript made into a black and white 9 x 6 book in print format. The exact job description is that I need someone to format my 270 page .doc book manuscript into 6 x 9 print format in InDesign. There are around 84 images and over all a number of special titles, fonts and need for design understanding. Please have all of this kind of formatting match that which the manuscript is already in the word .doc. We also need this job done in an express time frame. As a summation, we are willing to be very flexible and pay well -- we just need a real professional who can handle this job. Over all here is a list of items for the job: 1. Please ensure the formatting for subtitles, and images is clean and there aren't any titles that end up on the last line of the page (or other similar issues like we discussed) 2. Please italicize all text in quotes and parenthesis. 3. Please make sure the order of the contents of the book follow the structure of what is laid out in the Table of Contents. 4. Please make sure page numbers are added into the Table of Contents after the book is flown. 5. Please have the foot on the left hand page state the title of the book while the footer on the right hang page state the title of w.e section of the book the reader would be currently in. 6. Please ensure the fonts are the same as is what can be seen in the PDF 7. Some of the images are in color -- Can you please change them to black and white before putting them into the book? 8. Please have the total page count of the book come out to a number which can be divisible by four -- you can put extra blank pages in a balanced way in the front and back of book. 9. Please make sure all of the triangulation values can be seen and they are not cut off 10. Can you please remove any place where hyphens are used in the main body of the text and replace them with either commas or semicolons depending on the context. (Obv. not in quotes) 11. Any place where ... is found in the incorrect format such as '. . .' or '. . . . .' please change it. 12. Please ensure the formating for the space for chapter headings, ornaments, etc. are the same for each section. 13. It occurred to me that there may be a slight possibility that some of the images have a small red or green line underneath words the computer didn't recognize -- I don't believe so but if you find this to be the case please let me know which image you need and I will get it to you. 14. Please have an index generated as the last section of the book with the 200 most commonly used nouns in it. (Obv. these words need to be related to the topic) Over all, we are wanting someone we will be able to have efficient and quick communication with.
