London based multi-language translation agency, we are looking to outsource handling some of translation orders from our regular clients to create a permanent long-term Virtual Project-Manager Assistant role within our company. PRIMARY DUTIES: - handle incoming emails from clients delegated to you by our Lead Project-Manager - analyze documents for quotation (training will be provided) - quote the client accordingly and liaise on further questions - assign translation of documents to translators (training is provided) - agree deadline and any special instructions with translator - supervise delivery of translation by the set deadline, check document formatting and email to the client - supervise preparation of certification letter and invoice by our back office and email them to the client - maintain records of all orders, profits and expenses in our database - other help to the Lead Project-Managers - with time, provided cooperation is successful, you will be given more orders to handle SECONDARY DUTIES: - collecting customer feedback - maintaining internal databases - dealing with client inquiries - maintaining keep-in-touch records The orders are similar and you will be provided with a detailed written manual for the above duties, explained all process in detail and shown sample orders etc. Initially, your work will be overseen by the Lead Project-Manager until you are fully confident to handle the duties yourself. This is a two phase project for our small Texas based E & P company. We are looking for a reliable Arc-GIS contract team member who can stick with us for additional projects as we grow! Phase One ArcGIS project to plot abandoned oil well locations in northwest Harris County Texas, overlay it on a County survey map and provide it to me in Adobe and also overlay it on Google earth. There are approximately 80 locations to plot and the well location descriptions we have are based on (in most cases) distance from mineral lease lines and (in some cases) distance from county survey lines or from other historic wells, and in a few cases LAT/LONG coordinates. I have uploaded some representative information to assist in your quoting estimated time required. There is a Texas State GIS viewer here the problem with the Texas GIS viewer is that the well surface and bottom hole locations are not accurately plotted on the State or RRC GIS system map. We can also provide long/lat data on some of the locations, which can help you verify distances to other locations as there are measurements in between the wells on the historical records. I will also need you to calculate and note the LAT & LONG in both NAD 83 and NAD 27. Phase Two Add clickable links on each well location which access the Adobe map scanned historical data on each well such as driller’s notes, regulatory papers, and geological logs.
