Hi there, I'm looking for a developer with excellent knowledge of skinning a WordPress theme from a PSD file. We are using a premium theme for this site due to the property listings functionality that is built in, but I need the theme changed according to two PSDs which will be provided (homepage and inner page). Theme - http://themeforest.net/item/realia-responsive-real-estate-wordpress-theme/4789838?ref=aviators On top of the visual changes the site will need to be alternated to cater for the clients particular requirements. For example, we'll need residential and commercial properties to appear on seperate pages and for different fields to appear for each.
