... The principal job duties will include
- Lead the technical and operations team to ensure all the business activities are carried out smoothly
- Troubleshoot all aspects of client requests, including filling in as a back-up for Key Account Manager
- Work closely with Account Management and Sales to ensure all the projects are planned and executed efficiently
- To develop, implement & manage processes & systems for overall improvement across operations function
