I am looking for someone to step up and come into our company to help coordinate company workflow and provide marketing assistance and development. I want this person to become "my right hand" in learning all aspects of company activity. This is a full time, responsible position that may last for years, in fact this job can build your career.
The right candidate must be competent to over time assume responsibility in the company and possibly step up to General Manager position eventually. So this is not a part time, temp position. We are looking for a full time committed individual to join our growing company for the long haul.
There is great opportunity for advancement with your job success and salary raises, bonuses and other benefits. I'm not going to give away the farm, though, until someone steps up and proves themselves to be the person we are going to be able to count on for the long haul.
Ideal candidate will be online between the hours of 12 noon and 8pm EST which is when your boss is most active online.
Ideal candidate will possess fluent, native colloquial English skills as well as excellent writing habits. This means good spelling, good grammar with some slang, as well as thoughtful word structure. The reason for this is that a large part of your work will be writing emails, social posts and blog posts. NLP awareness is a plus.
Ideal candidate will be experienced in affiliate marketing and online sales and will assist in all areas of marketing our own products and affiliate products to our existing customers as well as identifying and implementing strategies to gain new customers.
Ideal candidate will be able to produce content regularly such as writing emails, ebooks and blog posts, which may require research or foreknowledge of the topics. The main topics we deal with have to do with internet marketing, traffic, SEO, curation, Video marketing, social marketing, and new and emerging internet marketing technologies, so candidate should have a background in the above.
We have a large customer base online so additional duties will also include (but not be limited to) the following: webinar management, social group management, some customer service (we do have a CS person already) Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media. But first the main focus will be email writing - daily blasts and email sequences for specific topics.
Candidate will be required to sign an NDA prior to being orientated into the business.
Candidate must have a Skype account and be prepared to be interviewed via Skype and manage daily duties with company via Skype (until something better comes along.)
