What is maternity care in the Netherlands and what do we do? A huge benefit to all mothers after the birth is the wonderful maternity care (kraamzorg). It is available for everyone, whether they have a home or hospital birth and paid for by your medical insurance. The Netherlands is the only country where a professional maternity nurse will come to your home and look after you and your baby after you have given birth. You are entitled to this excellent, professional maternity care during the first eight days after the birth of your baby. The nurse will show you how to care for the baby, how to bath him or her, and how to breastfeed properly. The nurse will help with the other children, make sure meals are prepared and may also take care of laundry and light housekeeping. This is a tremendous support for new mothers and mothers with young children at home. What is the big challenge of maternity care? Birth care is very irregular. You never know (exactly) when a woman is going to give birth. That makes it very challenging for a planner to schedule. The software application must support the planner in making the right decisions for the deployment of an maternity care taker. You have employees working with fixed schedules, and flexible schedule. They work max 8 till 10 days in a row and then they are 3 or 4 days off. There is no planning software application that can that can adapt to a flexible field as the maternity care field. That is why (with our current experience) we want to develop a software that we can use. We have a server available, but we want to use this software application as a web interface. We must be able to log in from different locations. We have specifications available for applicants to review upon request.

Need a developer to get a detailed break down of the cost and time to put an open source dashboard in our games. Something simple but will need to be modified graphically and meet our data needs. It should clearly define the project cost for developing the application, resource expenses, overheads, pricing assumptions based on fixed-fee or time and materials project, payment terms and schedule etc. We need a dashboard like luminosity has in their game to show the progress based on button pressing responses. The eye tracking and emotional tracking needs to be tied in so that if the user leaves the screen or unresponsive the software sends that data. We are going to implement a 3rd party software (eye tracking and facial expression) for the purpose of getting analytical data for us and some of the data for the user. I can give more details upon request but that is the basics without giving all our plans. Need to sign an NDA before giving more details.
