We have a developer working on Alfresco Share customisations. He requires some guidance on a few aspects of Webscripts and underlying Java controllers. We require a freelancer who is an expert at Alfresco Share - Community Edition and the Spring Framework that underlies it. This will be a one or two day assignment for now. But for the right person we will have on-going projects as well.

Our organisation has recently implemented a self-hosted Alfresco Community edition server (Ubuntu Server 15.04) to manage and control our engineering drawings. The drawing files are in Autocad 2014 and 2015 format (.DWG). Alfresco lacks the ability to preview .DWG files in the browser and we would like to implement browser preview functionality via a DWG to PDF (or SVG) transformation action. The PDF is then displayed to the user in the browser, whilst the DWG version remains in the Alfresco repository. For a good user experience, document conversion should happen when a document is uploaded, then stored locally for immediate availability. For high quality document conversion, we would like to use the Autocad I/O API, as described here: https://developer.autodesk.com/api/autocadio/ You will need to provide a correctly-packaged AMP module for installation into our Alfresco environment as well as source code. You will need to develop in your own environment and then provide installation instructions for the module, and be able to assist with any installation issues. The documentation should include the steps to install the module and any dependencies, libraries, scripts, etc. We are looking for an experienced Alfresco developer who can implement this functionality in a robust, secure, future-proof and efficient way. Further questions about the project are welcome.

Hello, For a couple of years now I 'm working for a auction company. I have 20 years of experience in many auction disciplines (field / marketing / content / Selling / writing, etc). Fortunately, I have been able to use all these disciplines to create a super auction website. This means that the reduced labor process, its own database and many other benefits will make a revolutionary piece of software that can change alot in the industrie. Most of my work I incorporated in Excel, but must be carried out in a programming language. Actually i have no idea how to program, so i need someone who can help me develop. Unfortunately i have don't have the money to hire a developer at once for the complete job. What i need to know are fixed prices of every step in consultation? as an example: What has to be build. 1.) Auction website, 1 Frame + all pieces of content from the cloud $ ?? 2.) Database for (customers / Data / Clients / Principals) $ ??, 3.) Content Management system (CMS) $ ??, 4.) Search Engine Optimalisation (SEO) $ ??, 5.) Payment system $ ??, 6.) Data Entry pictures & content. Variorious: 6.) automaticly labeling lots with QR or barcode. $ ?? 7.) Lots / Data entry with for example excel. $ ?? 8.) Amazone Web Services, 9.) etc. Perhaps there is someone who jumps in and help me to program and developed. Do you think you can help me, have some ideas about the costs .... send me an email.

There is a connector between commercial versions of Activiti and Alfresco One (https://docs.alfresco.com/activiti/docs/user-guide/1.4.0/#sc-intro >>> 3. The Alfresco Activiti Share connector). Activiti 5 is available as open source. Alfresco Community Edition is also available. The integration of workflows from Activiti into Alfresco Community is described here: http://ecmarchitect.com/alfresco-developer-series-tutorials/workflow/tutorial/tutorial.html#embedded-workflow-engines 1. This is tedious and manual work. We need you to automate the deployment process... so that optimally we would create a process in Activiti 5 and then run your script and see the workflow appear in our Alfresco Community ready to run. 2. We also work with PDF templates so that a form filled out during the workflow should populate a PDF template at the predefined spots. We need an automated quick way to connect the form field with the PDF field in the template. 3. We will also want to have the option to connect to a REST API from (for example SugarCRM or Zendesk) and feed in data for a workflow Form from these sources. That way data across all our systems is in sync. Perhaps Kickstarter (https://github.com/jbarrez/Activiti-KickStart) and iText (http://developers.itextpdf.com/itext-java) can be useful. You might already have a solution and need to change it slightly. Whatever the case may be, please suggest a price and timeline for your work. Assume we are using a fresh Alfresco Bitnami stack and Activiti 5 standalone.
