I am hiring someone to source profitable items for me to sell on amazon. I would like you to use the sites: target.com walmart.com bestbuy.com toysrus.com etc... i do not want items with a $5 profit, i want items with at least a $20 profit. you MUST keep in your calculations the 15% fee that amazon takes for each sale. you also must keep the shipping costs from retail stores in your calculations. The first time i posted this, i hired 3 people and they all messed up. I am strict about what i want, but i will pay you tons of money if you can master this.

I have Wordpress with several plugins, including Woocommerce (SSL needed for the checkout) on a Elastic Beanstalk - AWS. How is my server setup today: - Elastic Beanstalk deploy using an EC2 c3.large instance - NGINX with Microcaching (Installed with EasyEngine, php55-fpm, cache files stored on RAM) - SSL terminated on the ELB (Which is causing some redirects problems) - Database using an RDS Instance. What is going on and we need to fix? - SSL is causing "too many redirects" problems, sometimes (which is strange) - Our website has a lot of pikes of users coming from social media (we can scale it to over 1 million pageviews per month), which cause some slow, lagging and even blank pages or crash when we post over social media. - The "first byte time" response of the website is really low. - When we have peak of access the server just can't handle it (up to about 300 users at the same time) - I am pretty sure that we could use a better architecture of the amazon services and may have a more friendly billing each month. So I'm not sure if the sizes of instances are correct and I'm sure that it is not working like it supposed to.

We do Amazon consulting and optimization for various companies. It turns out that I'm about to lock in a couple new larger clients and I will need some extra help to deliver quality results. Both companies have over 100 products, one only has vender central right now and is looking to start selling products by themselves. You will be responsible to work with me and the other members of the team to just do 100% good work to optimize their Amazon listings, and help us bring a lot of value to the clients. We will be doing everything in Amazon... And we also have some tricks up our sleeves to actually increase rankings (I know some people pretend they can do it but it is actually very tricky to do right...) You are going to be doing a lot of the work for the client, I will be helping the client move along as you and the others complete the various things required. One major thing I will need is someone who will be able to commit to writing weekly/monthly progress reports that will keep the client happy and emphasize the quality work we are doing. a few more points to consider: - How are the companies products doing relative to competitors? - What can we do to increase our listings over the competitor? - Notice any oddities in the listings themselves? - Feedback from customers... Good? Bad? - Found some products that we can group together? - Missing a potentially good selling related product that we can recommend to the client? We have a few people that will be working together on these projects. I need to choose one person who will take up the task of reporting what everyone is doing (in general way) and preparing reports for the client to highlight our monthly progress. You may be that person. Highlight if you feel you are good for that job. If you do not have extensive Amazon experience already... don't even bother applying for the job!

The following tasks are required: - Listing new products on the ebay store (will provide manual on how to do it our way and photos) - Uploading products to website and taking off discontinued stock - Photo resizing and some simple graphic design work - Writing of descriptions for our ebay listings so good English is a must! Some experience in copywriting would be an advantage here! The descriptions are usually 200 words approximately. - Experience in working on other platforms such as Amazon and Shopify would be a a good advantage as we are looking to expand overseas in the future. - General adhoc tasks that come up from time to time
