Our products generate vast amount of valuable data for our customers, and we’d like to unlock that value with the implementation of a BI layer. The difference to typical projects here is that our offerings are cloud-based (AWS) – so the underlying databases are Postgres, Dynamo, Redshift etc. We are at an early stage in the Company roadmap and the BI space for us is entirely ‘Blue Sky’. The need is for  a BI Consultant to design, build and administrate a BI platform  this BI Consultant will also build specific BI solutions on that platform that enrich our product offering  Depending on needs, a team of BI Consultants may be instantiated to support this vision in the medium term

Amazon S3 Backup Script We have a Linux server that uses Cent OS and we are looking to backup the server to Amazon S3 . We would like to have a script that does the following: - Backup to Amazon S3 only the changed files every day in certain directories Amazon has a Glacier component that is cheaper, so maybe once every 3-4 weeks, create a folder there with the date, and then copy over all files there. So this will mean every 3-4 weeks, we are taking a full backup and just moving it to the special section of Amazon that does not cost us much. -Making sure we keep the permission of the file structure when we backup. -Take a mysql dump of the databases everyday -Move the mysql database dump to the regular section also. Also, move the database off to the special Glacier section after it is in the normal section for 1 month -Included with this is showing us how you script installs and writing instructions for us to install on a new server and then helping us install on another server -Giving us complete details on how to use and do a restore -Anything else you think can help us setup a good backup plan for a Linux server on Amazon S3
