If you are interested in this opportunity and you think you are a good fit, then please take a lot of time to prepare an intelligent and custom response. ***JOB DESCRIPTION*** Tasks: Your goal is clear – to grow our company. You will do this by developing and managing strategic marketing and content development programs for our company. You will do this through regular strategic planning meetings with the owner of our company. This includes production of podcasts, e-books, articles, blogs, email marketing, videos, and many more types of content. You should be able to manage other contractors, such as editors, writers, graphic designers, etc. You should also be extremely knowledgeable about marketing and developing content (both static and multi-media). Team: You will be working directly with the owner of our company. You will also have full assistance from our operations team to help with implementation of the projects. The operations team include contractors that can help with graphic design, data entry, web design, etc. We currently have a team of three full-time virtual assistants who can help you with any data entry related components of the projects. We also have a team of 10+ part-time contractors that we work with on a regular basis. Time: This is a full-time contract. You should be interested in pursuing a long-term career in marketing or content development. Tests: Must be willing to take a few tests prior to getting hired. ***REQUIREMENTS*** Perfect English: Perfect written and spoken English language (you will be tested for this before hiring). Skype Voice: Must have a microphone, high-speed internet and be comfortable doing a Skype voice chat on a regular basis (Please do NOT apply if do not have excellent internet connection for voice calls). Availability: Must be available a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must NOT have ANY other commitments, such as part-time jobs, school, etc. Accessibility: Must be online a lot and easily accessible. We are looking for contractors that are regularly available, are online a lot and that quickly respond to Skype and email messages. If you are not online a lot, have a full-time job, are a student or are difficult to get a hold of then please do not accept the interview. Time Zone: Must be willing to work USA business hours. Please do NOT apply if you are not able to work US office hours. Skills: You should be well-rounded and have a lot of marketing and writing experience. Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
