I need a custom application to integrate Zoho CRM, Adobe Sign, and Dropbox's API to automate our workflow.
Here is our current process: When a contact advances to a point in our Zoho CRM, we send them a contract to sign.
1. We take the information from the appropriate fields inside the Zoho CRM and populate fields into the Adobe Sign template.
2. The Adobe Sign contract is sent out with the Zoho CRM info to the client.
3. Client returns signed Adobe Sign contract.
4. We save the signed contract into Dropbox in the client's file.
5. We then update the Zoho CRM to move on to the next step.
We want to automate this process so that this automatically happens:
1. Zoho CRM populates Adobe Sign template with client information.
2. Adobe Sign sends contract to client.
3. Contract is saved in client's folder in Dropbox when client signs contract.
4. Alert is sent inside Zoho CRM that the contract is signed.
I want to work closely with whoever takes this job. The successful candidate must be willing to screenshare with me when working on the project and walk me through the process of integrating the APIs. Furthermore, I require ample documentation for future records should any changes be necessary.
