Hello, We currently have several workbooks that were created at different times (and have ended up with different styles and formatting). I need you to to re-design them so that they all have the same professional theme and style. I will initially ask you to complete 1 workbook. If we're happy with your work, I will also ask you to do the other workbooks. Things that I'm looking for: 1) Create a unified theme: I have already had one workbook re-designed previously, and like the look of it. I'd like you to continue working on along the same theme and style 2) Highlight any spelling/grammatical errors so we can correct them 3) Create chapters or 'sections' that allow for easy editing in the future. For example - If I need to add/remove one paragraph in a certain section - I don't want formatting of the entire workbook to be affected. 4) Update images - workbooks may have some outdated images which need updating. 5) I would also like you to create the same workbook in Pages (Apple iWork) 6) Quick delivery (4-5 days would be great) I have attached PDF file (will send word documents once you have been hired). Looking for someone to automate our data entry process. We have a report template (currently on pages- could be on Word) that needs specific information entering from an numbers spreadsheet. Information is the same in each doc (Report number / dates / dress / building description / photos / lab certificates). We have a large number of these reports to generate and need to automate the process. If it is not possible in OSX, we could change the template into word format and do it this way. PDF template attached As mentioned the text data that needs to be inserted will be on an excel spreadsheet. Each line of data requires a new report generated. The photos and lab certs included in the template are as an example - these will need to be auto inserted into the document too.

Hello, I'm looking for some powerpoint admin help to design and create business presentations in both Keynote and MS PPT. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who has experience in creating highly polished and sophisticated presentations like those from leading management consulting companies (e.g. Mckinsey, Bain, etc) or financial services company (Morgan Stanley, Goldman, etc). This would be an on-going project and long term in nature (but won't need help every week). Providers will be expected to turn hand written sketches and basic ppt pages into final form under tight timelines (e.g., less than 24 hours). Fluent business english is mandatory.
