THIS ENTALS Replying to comments on our blog, YouTube channel, Facebook page, Pinterest and potential other social media, as well as answering support requests. I need ongoing help with various online/phone tasks. I very much prefer apple os users, as document incompatibility with PC users is something I don't have interest in spending time on. I prefer a native english speaker, as I'll occasionally need phone calls made with clients etc. I'll also need you to print out and mail letters and forms to clients (maybe 5-10 a week), and bill me for supplies and postage. Looking for someone familiar with Apple numbers, Apple Pages, Microsoft Word and Microsoft excel documents and google docs Google docs. We need to convert our current portfolio of company docs, predominantly apple numbers and pages, and some microsoft word and excel. Please note: THERE ARE NOT SIMPLE UPLOADS TO GOOGLE DOCS, THE DOCUMENTS ARE OFTEN LINKED, CONTAIN EQUATIONS, DROP DOWN BOXES, IMAGES, AND LOGOS ETC. All of this need replicating in the new google docs format. Example of an apple numbers doc attached. The tabs are linked, they contain drop down boxes / links / equations that need to come through. The logos, and header and footer info also needs to be captured as reports are generated from each page.
