I require a developer / small team of developers who can take my idea and turn it in to a (potentially) revenue generating app. This app would be a totally new concept in the running app market, and offers potential for ongoing development and maintenance including web side social interface. If the app works and is popular enough, I can foresee module add-ons also being built in to the app (more below). The Coder(s) must be up to speed on Swift 3 as the app would be launched on iOS10 for iPhone and iPod. Apple watch interface would be advantageous however due to funding constraints would be reserved for future development. (I am just one guy with an idea...) This app development will require skills in the following areas: GPS Mapping Internal sensors External sensors (bio-feedback heart rate strap) Storing, calling, and displaying user created data during runs Calendar functions / layouts Time limited access to app until purchased Cloud back-up Social network integration; post to facebook / twitter App summary: The aim of the app is to develop any level of runner in to the best runner they can be, through utilising advanced running training methods and increasing training efficiency. Being a better runner doesn't mean running more miles each week. Greater progress can be achieved by targeted training sessions to develop all the key aspects of a well-rounded runner, such as endurance, form, speed, VO2 Max, and aerobic capacity. The unique selling point of the app is that it will take advanced techniques and apply them uniquely to each user, responding to the user, creating a dynamic, personalized, continually evolving running plan. I will apply techniques used by professional runners and make them available to all, without the need to having to sit down, plan out and constantly revise a lengthy training plan, research advanced techniques, or have private, expensive coaching. App working example: User will enter data such as age, weight, date of birth, current running mileage (if applicable) current running pace (if applicable), race date, resting heart rate etc I will provide the formulas required to work out information such as Heart Rate and various running speeds for 6 different types of run which the app will create based on the users data. There will be two main aspects to the running plan which is the part of bringing 'advanced techniques' to all users. This will include long term running plans incorporating meso cycles that focus on various aspects of running training that I won't go in to here, and also 6 different types of runs which are defined by target pace or preferably Heart Rate for users with a heart rate strap. Using the initial data supplied the app will create a running plan - I will provide templates for the different plans, for example for complete beginners, intermediate and advanced runners. The user will then begin to train, the app will use average running pace (or heart rate if available) to adjust future runs of that type to be most efficient and personalized for the user, ensuring progress at a steady rate while reducing risk of injury. The user will have the option to 'skip' a run. Which will cause the app to respond and reschedule upcoming runs accordingly. The user will have the ability to 'swap' a run. Sometimes a user may not feel like Interval training but still wants to train. This will allow the user to swap out the planned run for an alternative. Feedback will be provided by the app, audio cues indicating 'speed up' 'slow down' 'warm up' 'maintain this speed'. This will ensure the user remains within the correct target heart rate or pace zone for the training run objective. Please see the attachment for some initial design ideas on layout. I appreciate any coder will have lots of questions about this app, this app would benefit by being coded by a runner! I also know this app will take a lot of work. My finances however are of course limited. I am not a company or an organisation, just an experienced runner looking to help other runners. Perhaps a developer would look in to an option of future revenue sharing if the initial cost of development is too high for me. Future development ideas: Virtual racing between users; Apple watch interface for displaying data / cues; modular add-ons such as a cross training package which can be purchased and fit in to the plan.

We want to develop a standalone application that runs on macOX. The application will present rendered animated 3d models within a full screen canvas. It will interface intelligently to external hardware. The target hardware for application development will be Apple Mac Mini computers. In addition we would also like the application to run on MacBook Pro models. Due to the complexity of this project, we prefer to seek out an entire team that can facilitate in the total development as specified below. We want to establish distinct clear milestones for completion. In addition we want to outline a project plan to release several revisions of this software with significant increases in enhancement. Therefore everything specified below is subject to prioritization based on the complexity of each element. First and foremost we want a project manager. We will need developers with a multitude of different skillsets. It is likely we will need someone for each key area: -3D rendering and animation -Hardware interfacing -Device specialist -Front end and UI We will require an initial consultation to define a timeline and budget. Once done, we will set out for immediate development. Ideally we wish to release a preliminary version of the software by September with more sophisticated version being release by end of the year and again by mid spring. The displayed content will be renderings of smart devices such as phones and tablets as well as laptops. Key devices will be iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. Secondary devices will be tablets & phones running Android and Windows/Linux PCs. When a user plugs in a device (up to three) the application will recognize the device and pass the display from the device into a 3d mesh target object which is the parent of a 3d rendered proxy of the device body. For example, the ideas is that a user picks up the real iPhone and on the application display is show a virtual iPhone moving in the 3d space. The content then from the iPhone shows up on the virtual screen face of the virtual phone. The idea is that as the user navigates through the smart device a representation of that device is presented within the application. The next step is that a user will be able to connect up to three devices. Using intelligent recognition within the app, the display will automatically display an animation that puts the most recently handled device to the front of the virtual space delivering the impression that we are changing focus from one device to the next. Within the smart devices, we will need to access the motion API in order to extract the data that reflect the devices's movement. In the case of the Macbook or Windows/Linux Laptop, its external display output will connect into the application's host computer via USB capture devices such as an HDMI to USB adapter. Obviously since there is no motion API we can leverage to track a user beginning to use the laptop, we will need to provide a contingency case where the laptop device sends a trigger to the host application's computer indicating that use has begun. This should be done by developing a companion application daemon that will run on the demo laptop that recognizes awakening such as the touch of a mouse/trackpad or the press of a key. Returning to the application, it will display a 3d environment within a window and must also have a simplified administration panel. The application shall require the ability to display the virtual full screen on a second display or by pressing a hot key to make its rendered view take over full screen display of the single output. As mentioned, the use of the motion API from the smart devices and wakeup recognition of the laptop daemon will automatically trigger preconfigured animations to front the active device to the virtual space. However, we will also want to utilize a physical hardware panel to initiate changes. The hardware panel will be a simple keypad device that interfaces to the host application's computer via USB. The buttons on this hardware will be configured to initiate different presentation states as well as enable or disable certain devices from the virtual 3d display environment. The hardware will be developed by us but we welcome your consultation. In addition, the hardware device will also act as a USB hardware lock to enable or disable the un-watermarked commercial version of this application. Within the administration page will need to be access to change the look and feel of the 3d environment. Users will also need access to provide text fields, fonts, images and videos that will customized the appearance of the 3d environment as well as brand the virtual devices. Our team will develop these 3d meshes and appropriate UV maps. We will define the targets to render these pieces as well. What we will need though are those developers capable of building the 3d environment and animations according to our specification.

The app will need to be built from the ground up, hopefully utilizing a basic codebase for standard photo editing apps and manipulating and customizing to fit the needs of this application. The application itself is a simple photo editing app that lets the user take a photo or upload one from their camera roll. Once uploaded the user can choose from a few graphics that overlay the image. The user can only choose one graphic at a time but can use a few additional tools to position, scale, colorize (black or white) change the opacity, change the fill color (black only but it can be an inner or outer fill) and use an eraser on the overlaid graphic if need be. The user can undo or redo previous activity on the graphic. Besides that the user can either save the photo as or close to revert back to the home screen. There will be no in-app "library" at this time. I have wireframes and specifications that I can send to potential freelancers. I also have finalized designs for when the time comes.
