We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to help in the daily operations of our recruiting firm. Should be highly proactive, detail orientated, trustworthy and efficient.
This includes, but not limited to:
* Research work.
* Data entry (includes Applicant Tracking System, Excel, and more)
* Compiling data lists on Excel based on research. Typically company information with contact(s).
* Emailing company contacts.
* Ad hoc project work, as needed.
* Other administrative tasks, as needed.
There is a lot of room for growth in this role should one desire it.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience working with research and data entry projects.
* Proactive and happy to ask questions as well as take initiative.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Able to communicate well (verbal and written).
* Fluent in English.
* Ability to have Skype calls on a weekly basis.
* Computer skills - data entry, MS Office.
* Comfortable with bulk emailing.
