I'm the owner of a PR Agency and a Subscription Box Startup, I am looking for someone that can transition between personal and professional tasks with ease, as well as, do basic research and construct concise, productive emails. An understanding of Dropbox, Google Sheets, Social Media, and Basic Excel is required.
Tasks will include setting appointments, coordinating travel, managing calendars, following up and answering emails, adding SEO Keywords into blog posts, researching contact info, data entry, following certain hashtags and engaging with relevant social media posts, managing billing, and maybe some personal tasks along the way.
I'm looking for someone in the same Time Zone (EST) ideally.
I'm very direct and I would much rather text or email than talk on the phone! I'm open to this job growing from a part-time position into a full-time position, and look forward to finding a great candidate.
