We are currently building a three-storey building consisting of tour office (ground floor), restaurant (first floor), and hotel/guesthouse (second floor) with multiple rooms. There is currently no model to work from, and so the candidate needs to produce one.
The candidate needs to first produce a model representing the existing three-storey structure (concrete pillars and slabs) and subsequently work on the design/layout of the top-floor rooms in the first instance, as well as things like staircase locations etc. So there should be architectural input of as yet unbuilt structure as well as a more descriptive modelling of existing structures
The building based on reinforced concrete pillars and beams (rc frame construction) with infill (nonstructural) aerated concrete walls.

Approximate diagram of concrete piers
The rectangle ACBDJKPOHGF is the bottom floor, and the top floor is ADSQ. The piers E and L are a side extension (DELK) for a kitchen at middle floor level (two storeys high, but the ground floor at DELK is a pathway to access the building.
The piers need to be made into a 3d model firstly.
