Basically, when the product is activated via a capacitive touch switch, the motor activates. We need the motor to turn a certain amount of revolutions before stopping.
Critically, the optical encoder needs to record and know the exact position of the motor when it comes to a full stop, and then, when the button is pushed again, it needs to turn in the opposite direction until it is back in the original position, taking things like drift into account so that the motor stays synced with...
