I will need help with creative direction, in creating the visual story as well as delivering the video. If you are a brilliant game artist with managerial experience, we are looking for to join our team to produce the BEST MOBILE SLOTS & CASINO GAMES in the world. We are looking for our new LEAD GAME ARTIST & DESIGN MANAGER to work with us over the long run as a REMOTE position, with a GOOD SALARY and FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS with a young friendly team from all around the world. The team includes approximately 13 designers and animators currently. Responsibilities: Total ownership and responsibility over the Art Department, including but not limited to: Game Art & Animations – personally provide outstanding quality game art including character design, item design, UI design, typography and animating game assets. Where necessary adjust / retouch / fix existing graphics. Personally manage and mentor art teams. Product planning & Game Design - creating mockups and briefs for levels/games, references selection. Contribute concept art and style guides. Scale art department – responsibility for hiring new game artists and creating teams that are low on hierarchy and high on collaboration. Build systems and processes to maximize efficiency and to ensure highest production quality while scaling our production capacity. Lead art teams during development - allocate resources, and then maintain contact throughout project to ensure that those aspects of development are progressing appropriately and meeting deadlines; give feedback and direction to maintain highest quality standards, cost-effectiveness, minimal revisions and accuracy. Act as liaison with engineering team to ensure smooth and effective communication, asset integration, on-time deliverables of sliced assets and creative quality control. Personal Requirements: First and foremost you need to be an awesome game artist. People should say about you that you have the “best art style sense” and that you are one of the best game artists they have worked with. You need to be an all-rounder, with skills ranging from concept art, character design, environment design, typography, UI and animation. You should ideally have experience and/or passion for casino games, in particular slots games. Fluent English is a must – you must be able to freely communicate both speaking and in writing. You need to be smart, be able to work under pressure and be a problem solver. You should always be striving for excellence, learning and improving from past experience. You must be dedicated, reliable and well organized. You should be located in a time zone which is close to Tel Aviv (GMT +3). Last and perhaps most importantly you need to be very independent - we give you a high level task, and you execute. Scope of Job: This is for a remote position. We expect you do be working with us for the next few years as a minimum.
