Our marketing firm is looking for a Type A personality to become our next social media intern.
You would be working directly with the Director of Social Media. Your main task would be posting all social media posts for our clients using Hootsuite, as well as all the major social media platforms, ensuring they're posted on time without errors.
You would need to understand social media posting and the type of language that should be used. You might also have to edit/revise posts, so writing and editing experience are a must, as well as impeccable grammar/spelling.
You would also have other admin support tasks, such as calendar management for social media timelines, ensuring contractors have written blogs and other content, and research as needed.
We are looking to start off our intern at $8/hour with an increase up to $10/hour after a 30-day successful trial period.
We use Skype to communicate, Trello for task management, and Dropbox for storage of client documents, so it's helpful if you have experience with these, but not necessary.
