Dear, My customer owns one spa and one beauty salon in Doha- Qatar, and need your services to add and configure a PRi/E1 line in an existing physical asterisk server (elastix 2.3) All the required cards are already installed in the server. ... (see physical configuration below) Current installation : Incoming calls : 2 classic RTC lines (old numbers) and 1 GSM line (Mobile number) Extensions: Currently, extensions are configured with a mix of : RJ11 extension (landline phone plugged directly on the asterisk server) and DECT extension (wireless) (Find attached the screenshot of the current extensions configuration) Scope of work : Plug a New PRi/E1 line (20 chanels) Configure existing extensions as describe below Attribute direct phone number to these extension : give to the existing extension , direct number from the range of number of the PRi (20 chanels) Add new extensions (positions): 3 additional for the reception 8 for the call center (2X4) (CTi) 4 near the reception 4 on a different location in adjacent building (same local network) Reconfigure the Queue : Reconfigure the existing Queue with hybrid incoming calls For the incoming calls, the existing queue is already configured with: 2 classic RTC lines and 1 GSM line We want to add in this existing queue, incoming calls from a new PRi/E1 line (20 chanels) and route all the outgoing calls to the PRi/E1 line Once the PRi added , the incoming calls in this queue will be an hybrid of: PRi (20 chanels) 2 classic RTC lines and 1 GSM line We want to add in the same queue: physical RJ45 extension (Cisco phone and Thomson 2030) For 3 additional extension for the reception (reception 4,5,6..) ... We have already configured a Asterisk 13.6.0 with FreePBX 12.0.76.2 in a Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (cloud server in Linode) but we need to finish setting some things like the following: -The biggest current problem we want to solve is that external calls are working properly, now sometimes when we make a call to the external number the other person listens to us but we can not do it and sometimes it happens the other way around, so we researched and apparently the best solution is to configure the NAT of our asterisk or maybe some other solucion would be to configure a server STUN or ICE -Fax Configuration (spandsp) -Queue configuration as completely as possible. ...
