We are looking for someone that would be able to support a vicidial / asterisk dialer environment. The job will require some initial front loaded configuration and optimization and will then become an ongoing roll that will act as support and management of the system. I have an Asterisks PBX and a Vicidial predictive dialer and I need help configuring these servers and some special functions that I need the PBX to Show Local Caller IDs when calling Local area codes. I also need help with recording which of my call back number(s) the inbound callers use to contact us. We have some code to use our Asterisks PBX to recognize the inbound callers ID and pop up their Caller ID data and all information we have in our data base to know which agent spoke to the caller and what notes we have in the db for this potential client... I would like to speak to some knowledgeable programmers to and assign some tasks to know who can help us with these servers and programs long term.

We run a small call center with reps that work from home and we are currently using a hosted version of vicidial, but we cannot get the host to provide decent support when we have problems. We would like to have someone setup vicidial for us on another server (please recommend a host) and provide us with hourly support of our current vicidial installation as well as the new installation after it's ready. We will need someone that is available "on-call" during U.S. business hours when problems arise. We also have several customizations that we'd like to make to the system after we get it up and running. Most of the customizations can probably be done through the configuration, but some of them would probably have to be programmed. Please let us know what kind of experience you have with Vicidial, what recommendations you would make for hosting, what your schedule is like, and what type of programming abilities you have to do customization to vicidial. The objective of the project is to modify the existing FaxServer solution based on Hylafax and Asterisk. Current solution supports T.30 protocol with SIP Trunks and G.711 (Asterisk with IAX modems). Our company currently uses over 1,000 different VOIP local phone DID numbers. We currently pay .99 per number per month through Ringcentral. Our plan gives us the minutes we need (around 15K/month) and 5 users, a phone tree, departmental extensions, personal extensions, automatic voice recording, and softphones for around $1,500 per month. We are looking for a VOIP consultant that can get us a better way at a lower cost. In addition, We hope this person will also help us keep our 1,000 current DID numbers. Again we are looking for a way to pay less than .99 cents per number for our 1,000 local number or a way to pay one up front fee for permanent use of our current numbers. I assume that we will need to port these to the new system. We don't know if we need another VOIP provider, and SIP trunk provider, just a DID host, our own ISP license, Asterisk or WHAT?? We are not sure if there is a way to do this but are interested to find and will need help with the process. Thanks...

Essentially what we're looking for is an app just like Zoiper, but much more bare-bones and with our own company logo instead.
