Bug #1 There are two main issues that are wrong: - There is a problem with the gadget titles as described in this article: - The Tempo add-ons are not able to fully communicate with Jira, and doesn't work as they should. This may very well be linked to the first issue. As described in the article above, there may be errors in the configuration of iptables, firewall, proxy-settings etc on the server. We would like you to go through the server configurations, and fix and make sure the Tempo add-on works as it should. Jira version: 7.1.2 Tempo versions: latest Bug #2 Jira service senter sends out email with wrong name on agent that fixes issue in Jira service desk. When a agent replies on an issue in Jira service senter, a mail is sent to the user that that another service desk agent replied on the issue. Bug #3 Is it posible to give access to Jira backlog in a confluence document without giving access to jira? Bug #4 a Todo button in workflow should be renamed to Awaiting approval, and we can't figure out how.

Create a simple Atlassian Confluence Blueprint for team members to track daily work status. The project is very small and very simple. Individuals can create a Work Log within their personal space. The Work Log is only one page with a few fields automatically filled in. I've attached my work log for this week. * The page name will be automatically created with the current week's number (this is week 15) * The first line will be automatically filled with the week's Monday date (this week is April 11) The week's table is automatically created. Mine already has some bulleted data items in it to illustrate an example. My items are not part of the blueprint.

We are looking for a consultant to help advise us on: - Streamlining workflows in JIRA and consistency between projects. - Building Dashboards to make Cilents more comfortable in JIRA. - Best practice for distributing meeting notes on a weekly basis. JIRA? Confluence? - Best practices for file sharing (sending design files for review to clients, for example) and gathering feedback - How we can make Confluence work better for our internal "handbook" of standards and processes, including optimizing search. - How we might use JIRA to manage our hiring process, and potentially sales process too. It is important that applicants have experience setting up JIRA and Confluence where two teams are using the system, agency and client.

The Mountain Agro-ecosystems Action Network is established under the domain using Atlassian's Confluence software. The online platform is serving 5 countries at the moment. The platform is free to use and requires only registration in the beginning. The platform serves as social platform for knowledge exchange, learning from each other, sharing news and interacting via discussions. The main users of the platform are so called Rural Service Providers. The RSPs are mostly living in rural, hard to reach areas and those communities that use smartphones but do not have computers. Objective To empower mobile phone users and to enable user friendly MAAN platform Needs to develop the following: - Similar to News app, retrieve recent content from Confluence "spaces". (5 countries and the Knowledge Bank) into a stream - Content shall be saved for offline reading - Content can be read-only, no need to modify Confluence pages through the mobile app - "liking" of Confluence pages, - commenting on Confluence pages - updating of the user profile in Confluence. - A nice addition would be to enable private messaging between users (this feature is not part of Confluence and would happen on mobile app only). Depends on effort. Technical: Content pages can be retrieved through Confluence REST API however we are not sure if all desired functionality is covered by it. If there is the need for custom API to achieve e.g. "like", commenting or update of the user profile this would be part of this job.
