It is crucial that you German or English as a native speaker and the other language at a fluent level. You also need to have at least some experience with the software Atlassian Confluence. We run a live chat on our website in German and English and search for people that will answer questions of our customers. Those questions are mainly around Atlassian software, as we offer licenses and professional services as well as solutions with Atlassian tools like Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, HipChat and other solutions. When you do not talk to customers on the chat, we want you to create web content in English and German. If you are better in English, we'll give you a partner to work with in German and vice versa.

Hi, we use Confluence today on a basic level (team pages, documentation pages, etc.) but want to expand it's capabilities (add workspaces, team calendars, etc.). We are also looking to invest in Jira and Jira service desk, so someone who knows how to integrate the two and help set it up is important...we also need to improve our dev/IT integration and process With Jira, we want to setup: Help Desk system and tie it into our procedures Documentation system Purchase order system with approval process and tracking/inventory/history Change management approval process Improve our documentation procedure Approval system of files (person A agrees that documentA is correct and e-signs it, and it gets sent to personB, who needs to e-sign it, and then it gets documented) I also want to PDF our hundreds of documents into Confluence/Jira, but the documents need to be searchable (example, I upload an invoice to the system, and someone knows the amount of the invoice and searches for it, and it brings up the invoice) Looking for a single project cost.

# The product The product you will help me develop is a web application for product designers to conduct qualitative, ‘diary study’ type user research via text messaging (SMS) in developing countries. For example, an industrial designer at an appliance manufacturer may use my product to organise, collect, and analyse research data for participants in a study on how people use their microwave. I believe it is a very exciting product and could really make a huge impact in simplifying how designers conduct research. # Technical information I am looking for a developer to build a working prototype of this web application, relying on Twilio for SMS. The prototype should be deployed using Heroku and the technical stack could be either Node.js + React + Firebase or Ruby on Rails. I expect you to justify your technology choice to me before we begin. You must be familiar with the following: – Building a modern realtime web application (no PHP, sorry) – Deploying continuously using Heroku – Using Git including branching and pull requests on Bitbucket – Using test driven development methodologies to help improve code quality – Building pixel-perfect HTML & CSS, and in a responsive way for mobile – Using Atlassian Confluence and JIRA to manage work, and consume specifications and designs # Scope This is a high-level list of the main features I would need for a working prototype. The goal of the prototype is ideally to get some early alpha customers, share it with investors, and use it to find a technical co-founder here in Sydney, where I live. – User accounts (create account, log in, log out) – Basic setup wizard and on-boarding flow – Scheduling of SMS messages – Sending and receiving SMS through Twilio's API – Retrieving, displaying, grouping, and filtering results # About me I am a professional senior product designer working for a large software company in Sydney, and a part time entrepreneur. I am fairly technical – I've written my own simple JavaScript apps in the past. I am happy to work with you on architecture, database structure, etc. Of course I also have detailed designs and specifications I can provide. # Timeframe There is not a huge rush on this. As I work full time during the day, I only have weeknights and weekends to spend on this project. Ideally I would like to get the prototype built within 1 month from starting the code, but if we both have other time commitments, that's okay. # Next steps If this sounds interesting and you're up for the task, the next steps would be a few interviews where I learn more about you, and I share more about the product. I think it's pretty difficult to get a true understanding of a software project from a brief like this. We can talk about scope of the prototype, technologies, and timeframes then.

We are migrating from a custom build internal communication system based on wordpress to confluence. On the previous platform we had some features which we would like to have ported to the new platform based on confluence. This job is for one of these features. The plugin needs to provide a macro which is similar to the userlister but adds the following features. -It needs to show all users which are registered to confluence with the openid extension. -Each user has an extra field next to their name with their phone number extension. -Users with a certain role need to be able to set a status for each user and add a comment for this status for the current day. -Optionally statuses could be imported from google calendar events. Depending on the outcome of this project we might want more features ported to confluence.
