Bug #1 There are two main issues that are wrong: - There is a problem with the gadget titles as described in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-fix-gadget-titles-showing-as-__msg_gadget-813697086.html - The Tempo add-ons are not able to fully communicate with Jira, and doesn't work as they should. This may very well be linked to the first issue. As described in the article above, there may be errors in the configuration of iptables, firewall, proxy-settings etc on the server. We would like you to go through the server configurations, and fix and make sure the Tempo add-on works as it should. Jira version: 7.1.2 Tempo versions: latest Bug #2 Jira service senter sends out email with wrong name on agent that fixes issue in Jira service desk. When a agent replies on an issue in Jira service senter, a mail is sent to the user that that another service desk agent replied on the issue. Bug #3 Is it posible to give access to Jira backlog in a confluence document without giving access to jira? Bug #4 a Todo button in workflow should be renamed to Awaiting approval, and we can't figure out how.
