looking for for someone having strong skills in sound engineering and noisy cleaning. My job is very simple: I have one voice conversation....I want to get this conversation very understandable and be able to distinguish each word easily. For that, I need to remove all the noise and bad signal in that track. The conversations are not long and the job could be quick to be done but I am willing to pay well if the job is pretty good. Actually the interesting part starts at 00:21....and the main part to treat are between 00:50 and 2:20...the rest contains no relevant information. A propose you to send a sample, and if your job is great, I pay you with pleasure !!

This is 36 short videos, all are under 20 minutes and are a couple minutes long, others are longer. this is part of a course and just need someone who can process them to get rid of any background sound that they are complaining about. "the audio in your course seems to have a lot of white noise in the background (hissing sound) which will need to be improved"

Greetings! I'll start off by saying I know this is not going to be an easy task, and may not be possible to get all the interference out of this audio. We recorded on location and had troubles with wireless microphone, which the audio guy didn't realize was happening. Now I have two segments, about 15 minutes long each, that have a bad electronic interference that cuts in and out over some of the audio. I'm not sure if there is any way to minimize this without altering the audio too much. I understand it will not be removed completely, but if it could be minimized that would be great. Here is a link to download an example of the audio interference. If you think you can help, please let us know! Thanks in advance! Robert

In the middle of a 3 month project where I record 4 volumes of a themed set of albums on a high priority personal project. Please see blog post below describing requirements and provide a quote for the entire work as well as per track or hour or however you prefer. I may just use you for certain tracks and others for others :) Must be able to produce high quality tracks for edit by my team. Looking for creativity and simplicity first. Thank you DAY 2 KEYLESS IN SEATTLE So I’ve been doing a lot of packing, and a lot of thinking, and a hellava lot more listening. Everything is almost perfectly aligned for this trip. This mission. This move. This album. Except one thing. And for some reason there is something deep in my gut telling me to make room and leave the keys (piano) behind. Not to bring them... Why? I ask. I really feel like I’m supposed to meet someone there who is far more skilled at the keys than I am and as supposed to bring a certain flair to this project. So willing to not invest in the equipment I took to the internet with my MacPhail Intent to find them and.. well.. let’s just say that through my light search the Seattle online musicians scene is… well.. not what I was hoping for. So I thought maybe before I try BandMix or Craigslist I’d just lay out my expectations here in hopes it finds the “right" person. So what I’m looking for in a keyboardist is: Music first. We have to relate. I want to know which of your influences I can relate to. I expect a lot out of you. It’s just my personality to hold as high as expectations of others as I do myself. I don’t mean any offense. I just want you to contribute a little. You’re a gifted artist and I need your ideas to bounce off mine. I have some thoughts but I’ll reserve them to not influence your own at first. I’m looking for some crazy shit, I mean synths. I need sounds I aint heard before. Do you make your own patches? Do you have experience in customizing filters and modulation to get your desired effects? Do you primarily use analog or digital synths? Perhaps a combination of the two? I’ve played around with some Animoog and Korgs and I’m excited about the potential. If you can dream it, you can sound it. You just gotta own it. Let's discuss what you can offer and your hourly rate. I should let you know that this is a fairly large project and will take at least 3 months, and we’ll go from there. I’m planning about 6 tops but really man I just wanna get it behind me and come home. After music I’m looking for trust, hence steering away from the craigslist. I want to jam with you and meet you before I welcome you into my studio. Oh, I like such synths as found in Portugal The Man, Iron and Wine, GOASTT, Flaming Lips and Sufjan (sp?) Stevens. Looking forward to meeting you! I enjoy long walks on the Seattle shoreline and extended hours rolling around the hay with only some microphones listening in on some harmony and a dream. Serious inquires only. Thanks TMP

I have an established podcast that broadcasts once per week and I'm in a need for a new editor. Episodes are from 45 to 60 minutes long. Please, give an estimate of time needed for one episode to finish. You would be removing uhms, ahms, long pauses... Get rid of the noise that I'm having. Sound Reference should be the NPR podcast, mellow and natural sound, pleasant for listening. Also, I'd like to start a new podcast soon and an ideal candidate should know how to set it up for Itunes and other directories. Would be nice to know the price for that service as well. Thank you very much! Please, quote at the beginning of your letter "NPR"! Thomas

I have a number of radio shows that require editing. You can find them at Give me a figure for 60 minutes of audio editing/polishing--so that the shows sound much more professional. I will ultimately need a regular audio editor for my show.
