BUDGET: $30 max (do not try to squeeze for more money once you accept) Job: 1) Take existing hand drawn floor plan (attached) and provide a detailed professional computerized drawn "2D floor plan and 3D floor plan" of the space to scale using measurements provided. Provide raw file in SketchUp or another drafting software as well as PDF format. Note that the hand drawn sketch is not scaled, but the measurements should be fairly accurate. The hand drawn measurements are drawn with +3/-3 inch allowance (they are not exact). This is the first part of the job, once I approve this - I would like to start the 2nd part. 2) Once completed, I would like you to develop 3 different and unique designs to utilize this space as a "Massage Parlor, Esthetics, Spa" type of business. Note that the design must incorporate as few renovations as possible so as to save on cost/money while best utilizing the space available in the most efficient way. Note that the front of the building has 2 doors with the side entrance on the right. The left side of the building facing the front doors has the most easily accessible plumbing which might be important to your design with cost savings in mind. I will need you to work with me on REVISIONS until we get this right. I will try to keep revisions to a minimum. Each design must have at least: 1) 5 or more usable rooms that have both a shower and a sink. 2) Reception/greeting area to meet clients before escorting to the massage room. Other important information: 1) Showers (should fit 2 people at least)....I estimate the measurement of the shower space to be 4 feet x 3.5 feet (but I will leave this to you - you can see the size of the showers on the website above). The showers should be durable perhaps of ceramic tile (I will leave this to you). 2) Massage table: the largest table is 40inches in width, 78 inches in length. 3) Space for a regular sized chair, wall hook and shelf to place coat and personal belongings, massage oils, towel, 4) Sink + cabinet with paper towel dispenser or towel to wash/dry hands. 5) Each shower should have a bathroom fan or some type of ventilation output to push humid air outside of the room. What would you recommend - a simple bathroom fan, or something else? 6) A space for the washer and dryer (stackable) and small space for towels, robes etc... there is already a place for a washer and dryer. Hi there - we are looking for someone to design an Orthodox Church that seats about 600 people and has specifically Coptic and Greek influence. We will provide images of and examples of what we would like it to look like. We will need you to deliver the CAD files so we can pass on to our Architect who will correct it for our local City/State standards. Also, this needs to be designed for a build, so needs to be very detailed in nature. Any candidates need to have worked on a US based project. Candidate must also be available to start right away. Thanks, George

Edit: The building is going to be built using cement/brick/metal/concrete. The land to build a house is 40 feet length and 20 feet width which equals to about 90 square yards and faces East in direction. I am interested in getting house plans and Elevation to build in this space a Ground floor + 2 floors. Please also include furniture/car for illustrating purposes. Since this is a space constricted project use space wisely where we get lot more room space as possible. Requirements: Ground Floor: Gate to enter the building, 1 car parking, 1 Living area, 1 bed, 1 bath and a small kitchen. Stairs to the 1st floor and 2nd floor and to the terrace. First Floor: 1 Living area(attached balcony), 1 kitchen with a small balcony, 1 bed + bath. Second Floor: 2 bed rooms + 2 baths attached. 1 balcony to any bedroom. Note: Include space for a small 2 person elevator in any corner of the house. Since its a small space please leave only 2 feet in the back and to the sides of the house on the ground floor. Include cabinets/stove in kitchen, closet/shelfs space in bedrooms.

I am rebuilding a house that is 26x44. It is currently a rambler and I need to maximize the space. This house is situated over a scenic view and I would like the design to consider that the north wall (44') should have a lot of windows, all bedrooms will be on this wall as well. The plan is to have vaulted ceilings on one end, the area will be approx 26x 20, and will be the kitchen and living room area with the remaining 26'x24' to have a dining room, master suite (with master bath and closet) and mechanicals on the main floor. There will be 2 small bedrooms above with dormers facing the scenic view. This is a simple initial design. I expect that I will need modifications after I have some time to review it, we can plan for the modifications as a separate job after this one is completed. I need some basic design done for high level estimates as well as a visual aid to assist with final design choices. I would prefer to have this done in Chief Architect Home Designer so I can get good materials lists, make some small design changes, and see virtual renderings. I will require the file for my records and use at the completion of the project.
