We are a localisation services consulting firm and are due to move into our new premises in the next 2-3 weeks. We would like to get some quotes for funky interior design space that include light fittings, wall paint / wall paper, desk layouts, meeting rooms, break out area, kitchen facility, a pool table, reception,waiting area (near reception), brain storming pods etc.
The office size is (41.2 x 36.9 Ft) Ground Floor with two stair cases going up to the first floor (41.2 x 52.6 Ft). We are a firm that is growing rapidly with the following teams:
- Sales x 8
- Business Development x8
- IT x 4
- Graphic Designers x 4
- HR & Admin x 4
- Finance x 4
- Production x 4
- Directors x 4
- Marketing x 4
- Office Boys (Cleaning staff etc) x 2 - This should somewhere where the kitchen is, can be seated there .
Note that our strength may increase with time, so we may need some hot desks.
The current flooring is tiled with a stair case coming up to the first floor on both corners. There are two bathrooms on the first floor (right side corner). The staircase has space underneath where a kitchen (drainage) pipe can be connected. The reception will be near the main entrance. Each floor has floor to ceiling windows on the front and two windows at the back. We would like blinds or frosted glass where applicable.
We would like a 3D and 2D schematic highlighting partitions, meeting rooms, wiring to each work-station etc.
We can send across the 2D office layout (unable to attach now as its over 5MB) once the contract is awarded with some instructions where the partition walls between two units will be removed to create the open space. Both bathrooms are on the first floor in the corner. The possibility of creating a kitchen will be under the staircase (right side) due to drain connection coming from the left (top) toilet. Whiteboards or writable paint can be included on some walls. CCTV connection points where applicable.
Ideally we would like majority of the staff to be seated on the first floor with meeting rooms on the ground floor. One large conference room (seating 10-12) and then a smaller meeting room (seating 4-6). Sales team to have a glass partition as they are usually on calls.
