I need help cleaning up and finalizing construction drawings for a residential project. Work includes (at a minimum): 1) Add basement and garage slabs & adjust garage foundation walls 2) Review and fix wall joins (having a hard time getting a few to join correctly - between bed2 & laundry and porch wall to home) 3) Finish porch (including making walls symmetrical with front wall opening, correcting porch cap and re-aligning foundation walls below 4) Correct wall planes on back of home 5) Review and finish dimensions 6) Review project as a whole and give feedback/corrections 7) Finish sections & details I am a small custom home builder that has opted to bring the design of some of our smaller home plans for clients in-house. I have been doing about a half a dozen of these plans a year and would like someone that is knowledgeable in Revit that can quickly and efficiently help finish this, and other, future plans up. I usually get far enough along that I can create an estimate but find it challenging to get the level of detail required for professional looking plans.

i need a flythrough animation creating of a laboratory. here is a link to download from dropbox the navisworks model for you to look at and also the revit model, which contains a walkthrough created in revit.. ( A bit of modelling might be needed on and around the exterior of the building also there may be some slight 'fixing of the model needed on the inside' i.e. there may be a wall which doesn't quite meet the other wall etc. we will provide you with details of finishes/materials etc. we require an excellent quality/photo realistic walkthrough, please only quote for this job if your work is of the best standard. Could you please give me a price per second as I am not yet sure how long the animation will be. (it will probably end up being around 30 seconds) Can you let me know how long this will take you to complete? thanks

I run a training company called academy class We want to start our own online learning library – a bit like, Udemy, Coursera etc Initially the classes will reflect our training courses so check out whats covered here we’re looking at lots of little videos that match the course outline English doesn’t need to be perfect as the plan is to have a voice over presenter do the actual presenting bt we’ll still need to transcribe what you’re saying Make sense?? The quality needs to be high as you would expect so here is what Udemy usually request which matches what we need Have you delivered any training before? Is our requirement something that fits in with the proposed budget? Best practices • Lecture Length: We recommend that lectures are between 5-7 minutes • Video Settings: HD video (720p minimum) with clear lighting, composition, and a steady camera exported in 16:9 format. These settings will ensure that your lectures are mobile optimized for mobile devices. • Lighting: Bright and balanced, with minimal shadows. • Framing: Use a clean, uniform, and non distracting backdrop. The background should contrast with the subject so that the speaker stands out. • File size: No larger than 1.0 GB. Compatible file types include mp4, .mov, and .wmv • Mobile Friendly: Featured text is large enough to read on a smaller screen. • Engagement: Use direct eye contact. Record as though you were speaking with close friends • Before you record all of your lectures, submit a test video and have a academy class team member review your video (and audio) recording settings to ensure you are set up for success in the Quality Review Process Minimum requirements to pass our Quality Review Process • Videos must be shot in HD (720p minimum) with clear lighting, framing, and steady camera. • Videos must also include high-quality audio. To learn more about our audio quality criteria, click here. • Lectures must be between 2 and 20 minutes long. • Exported slide presentations with audio narration will not be approved unless they meet the following requirements: • Videos cannot be composed of a single static slide with audio narration. • All slides must be relevant to the narration and not simply subtitles for the audio. Recommended equipment and software There are so many ways to create content for your online course and so many tools to help you shoot and edit video, we know it can get overwhelming. We have an old 1870s balloon-framed house. Very shanty looking 2-story with attic and basement. Small, about 17' wide by 23' deep. We want to improve curb appeal by residing, perhaps adding covered porches front and back, or decking around side not sure. It is in Greenwich, CT a nice upscale area but this section of town has some ugly homes. We have a minimal budget and are do it yourselfers.
