We receive a number of leads and free quote requests through our website. We have had some limited success converting these leads and requests into actual on-site meetings where we provide a free estimate or cleaning. We need someone experienced in sales to help convert these leads. Given they are requesting the free quote and providing all relevant information (Name, Phone, Address, Home Size, etc) they are definitely interested in the cleaning, but we are having trouble converting the online requests into actual on-site free quotes and cleanings. We typically get 5-10 requests per day, average interaction should be 5 minutes.
