We are looking for a high-energy professional with natural sales instinct to reach out to identified prospects and open discussion. You will also be working off a list of existing client, potential clients and partners. You will help and potential be in charge of generating new leads and identify opportunities. You’ll earn the loyalty needed to hit revenue targets by giving partners exceptional experiences, which means nurturing relationships and setting the right expectations for our service.

Will love and enjoy talking to people and will understand the importance of connecting to their clients and their needs. It is not about hard selling it is about understanding the client and match them to the right service. It is about speaking the client’s language. This is not about hard selling. The same applies to our partners you must be able to identify what and why they will want to work with us and should be able to communicate that in writing and verbally. You will also understand the importance that our brand image plays in our business and how it influences sales strategies.
Orpheus Media is a web development company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. We are young company with a small but very efficient and experienced team.
You will work closely with the director to develop the sales strategy Identifying, qualifying, and handling high-value client/sales opportunities with significant revenue potential. Developing, building and maintaining long-term, value-based partner relationships You will need to understand and know the right service to offer potential client based on their profile You may need to collaborate with the Client Service Coordinator team to creatively and proactively manage day-to-day client dynamics, from the enquiry origination right up until job completion and after. Recognise cross selling opportunities across the entire proposition to ensure maximum outcome Uncover new growth channels with market segmenting, innovation, and value alignment Chase down leads and closing deals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven sales experience, B2B or B2C. Used to tracking and reporting and able to manage multiple client leads at once. Closing high-value sales requires a phenomenal focused effort and strong sales skills, including being able to influence and persuade, confidently. Commercially minded – targets, and over-delivering on them - it’s what gets you out of bed. A confident, reassuring and charming phone and email manner – you can build rapport and trust with people quickly and effectively without being face-to-face. Ability to work a flexible schedule around your potential client’s needs. Excellent presentation skills and written English
You will start at minimum 5/10hrs a week and we will see how it goes from there At the moment there are no set hours. Majority of our clients and non-BG based and our partners are EU and USA based so hours would be spread out A certain level of flexibility will be required less
