We are a small national nonprofit that is a national leader on gender equity in education. We’re looking for someone who is fabulous at creating marketing content that drives user engagement. She/he develops copy across multi-media platforms for marketing funnels that sell our WomenTech Educators training and products to our B2B audience of predominantly community college educators. Copywriter is a self-starter that excels at producing persuasive calls-to-action and high click-through and conversion rates in emails, landing pages and social media. Copywriter uses analytics including SEO to improve effectiveness of online marketing campaigns. Creative and able to create new copy to achieve campaign goals. Develop ideas for and create content copy for marketing campaigns that contain the following elements: E-newsletters, Auto-responders, Landing pages, Video Scripts, Webinar Scripts and PowerPoint Copy, Free gift development (i.e. an E-book), Social media posts, Pitches for live and online events, including Tele-summits, Business Case Studies. Project Description/Scope of Work 2 direct sales emails for 1 product. If this project goes well, we are interested in moving to providing a steady stream of work weekly for the right candidate on a project basis. THE COMPENSATION PLAN!!! 1) We pay a base salary of $10/per hour. For each page you sell you get a $10/month recurring payment for as long as you work with our company. 2) When you make your 100th sale of the month, there is a bonus. The bonus is however many sales made X 10. 100 sales X 10= $1000 monthly bonus. If you make 500 sales in a month the bonus multiplier goes up to 20. 500 sales X 20= $10,000 monthly bonus. So for an example. If you sold 37 pages in one month, your pay would be $10/hour x 40 hours/week X 4 weeks/month= $1600. Plus $370 recurring= $1970 for the month. In month 2 you made the exact same number of sales your monthly income would be $1970 + $370 from the previous month= $2340 and so on. It gets exciting when you start making bonuses. Let's say you sold 137 pages in a month. The base salary would be $1600+ $1370 recurring + $1370 bonus= $4340. Do it again the next month and you make $4340 + $1370 recurring= $5710 and so on. To blow your mind, lets say you made 500 sales in one month. Your base would still be $1600+ $5000 recurring ($10/sale X 500 Sales) + $10,000 bonus. Total monthly income is $16,600. Month 2 $21,600 and so on. There is a lot of money to be made for the right people. You may ask why we would pay these amounts?
