1) Conduct market analysis and target analysis on:
> a) Leadership Training/Education/Human Capital consulting firms focused on Change Management, Executive Growth, Performance Improvement, Innovation, Creativity, Resiliency, etc.
> b) Management Consulting firms focused on Growth through business/technology transformation, innovation, M&A, efficiency
The right fit person is expected to perform due diligence, qualify and validate select targets based on their own contacts and experience. Organizations will meet the following criterion: industry-agnostic, are seeking growth, thought leadership, content, process improvement, tools, experts, and mentors. Goal is to create a list 50 ~ 60 targets.
2) Upon creation of target list, launch outreach via email and phone to setup sales appointments with each organization’s CEO. Goal is establish relationship with 3 ~ 5 out of the 50 ~ 60 targets.
