* quick and easy breakfasts that can be prepared the night before
* quick and easy breakfasts that can be made last minute when in a rush

* Unique recipes that are exciting and taste great
* Each meal must include 30g - 60g+ of protein from a complete protein source like meat fish or eggs. (Breakfast at least 30g, other at least 40g)
* Each meal must not exceed 25g of carbs (not counting carbs green veg)
* Not too concerned about fat content as long as it naturally occurs in meats, fish, eggs ect and isn't added like mayo or cheese.
* All food must be from a natural source, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, fruits, veg, herbs, spices ect (No low fat products)
* Recipes must be gluten free and not contain any "Gluten free" products
* Deserts and Naughty recipes made in the healthiest way possible using natural foods but still feeling like a treat (max 75g of carbs per serving).
