We are looking for an analytical, data-driven product manager who can help us to improve the engagement and retention rates of our users.
Identifying where and why users drop out of the on boarding flow, stop engaging with the app and \ or uninstalling it. Understanding user behavior and motivations both though the use of mobile and web analytics as well as user interviews and surveys.
Designing, prioritizing and executing a testing plan of feature changes together with the development team based on the user insights above.
Building a closed loop of constant monitoring of user engagement and how users use the app and executing a series of small feature iterations to optimize user engagement and retention.
360 App building experience: app store optimization both android and IOS, on boarding flow, in app flows, in app social sharing and mobile web - mobile app interactions,
User behavior analysis: setting up, customizing and using Google Analytics / Adjust / Appsflyer including custom events and user cohorts by channel; experience with user survey tools like qualroo or webengage;
Experience with fast wireframing tools like azure and invisionapp and in app product optimization tools like apptimize to quickly showcase features / feature changes to dev teams.
Experience in working with remote developer teams and strong verbal and conceptual communication skills including base skills in using workflow tools such as basecamp, jira, github or similar tools.
