Greetings. We are running dozens of ads on Facebook, and we need someone to keep an eye on the comments as they come in. It only takes about 5-7 minutes every hour or half hour, but we need to keep up with them. 90% of the comments are people tagging their friends or saying "That's cool! lol" About 5% need to be addressed by one of our customer service team and about 1-5% need to be deleted or banned. We need someone who is free to monitor the comments and alert our staff quicly when something needs to be addressed. Preferred time zone is in the US, but you don't have to be in the US. We need someone with excellent judgment, social savvy, and an ability to judge others' senses of humor so we can tell what is hostile and what is just a joke. They should be extremely comfortable with colloquial and conversational English.
