We're searching for an experienced Construction Manager who can help with the following tasks:
I would like to put together a master plan for the apartment complex (please see job description for dropbox with files)
That has plans for different jobs:
1. full remodel of apartment (there are only 5 out of 92 left that are not remodeled)
2. partial remodel: ie kitchen, bathroom, install laundry
3. I want to create files for each apartment that shows maintenance records, work orders, inventory, pictures
4. preventative maintenance plan, like every 6 months change air conditioner filters
5. diagrams of sewer clean outs locations, water shut offs, electrical panels
6. estimates, budgets and job costing for different projects - templates and tracking upgrade and maintenance and repair costs over time
And for the construction company, I would like to have an ongoing relationship...
