We are a small, US-based, residential construction company seeking some assistance taking-off jobs in order to produce bid estimates to our prospects. We receive between 10-15 bid requests on a monthly basis, and are only able to submit 2-5 per month due to our resource limitations. The ideal freelancer for this job will be able to accurately catalog material take-offs directly from architectural plans, and submit them in a timely manner (24hr turn-around from bid request to submission is our company goal). Take-off will need to be provided as a spreadsheet and must be created according to US Building Codes. The should minimally include: ~ Framing materials in Linear Feet rounded to the nearest inch ~ Categorized Flooring area calculations in Square Feet to the hundredth decimal ~ Categorized Interior and Exterior Wall area calculations in Square Feet to the hundredth decimal ~ Roofing area calculations in Square Feet to the hundredth decimal After preliminary assignment, we will evaluate the process and work with you to optimize for subsequent projects.
