I'm looking for someone who can train me one-on-one on learning IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS). As a disclaimer, I know absolutely nothing about this enterprise software, but I pick up tech stuff very quickly. Your job will be to teach me from A-Z to go from beginner to near expert. You need to come up with a training program with me and we'll have to do daily trainings. By the end, my expertise has to be sufficient enough where I can then work with clients directly to use OMS in their business. Your milestones will be paid out based on my progression. And I'll be working a lot offline away from our trainings to solidify my understanding. If you've read through all of the above, then in your proposal, tell me exactly why you think OMS is a powerful system for enterprises and your favorite thing about it. Extra Bonus: If you also know how to use WMS, then you get extra points for that. Needless to say, your English needs to be pretty decent so that I can fully understand what you're teaching me.
