I need a taskmaster to keep me accountable.
I run 3 businesses and there are many, many tasks to take care of, some more important than others, some very urgent, some are just nice-to-have, and some are interesting things that do not add any real value.
I need a taskmaster to:
a) make sure I send you the day's task/agenda by 10:30 pm the night before - if I don't, you need to remind me, cajole me, even scold me, threaten me - whatever you need to do. If I cannot make a priority task list/agenda for the next day, I end up being very disorganized the next day working on things that are not the most important.
b) make sure I send you a quick email which ones of that day's tasks got done and which ones not. If things are consistently not done, you need to ask me why, you need to help me be more realistic in the future, you need to find out what happened that distracted me.
c) keep track of important big things that are not as urgent but do need my attention in the near future....
