We are looking for some entrepreneurial-minded Business Development/Sales Associates to help us with sourcing clients for our recruiting company. The Sales Associate will research our target industry, find potential employers in that industry and reach out by phone and email directly to the decision makers (eg: HR Director) to try to get them to use our recruiting service for their hiring needs. The Business Development Associate will generate very targeted leads (not mass email) every day, convince the Hiring Managers that our recruiting service will meet their needs and schedule phone and in-person appointments for our company. For each lead, you will conduct proper due diligence to determine the client's needs, source perfect candidates with which to pitch the employers. The Associate will look at open job openings on the employer's website, use job board platforms to identify the perfect candidates for the roles and use those candidates to pitch the employers to use our recruiting service. You will come with a solid Sales and Business Development experience, ideally in similar setting where you are generating highly targeted lead. You need a track record of closing sales and converting No to Yes. The ideal candidate must be versatile and able to perform tasks beyond those listed here. For example, the Business Development Associate will spend a great deal of time in recruiting activities, both for Business Development purposes and as part of our company's work.
